This small children’s desk is stylish, functional, and easy to build, a perfect weekend project to get your kids all set up with a great place to work, play, or create. Complete with a small drawer for stashing pencils, paper, and even secret treasures. I built two of these, one for my daughter’s room makeover and one for my son who desperately needed his own space for school work.
This build is a great beginner project giving you some practice with installing drawer slides and also miter cuts for the legs. You can use pocket holes to build this or a nail gun and finish nails, or pre-drill and use wood screws, I did a mix of all three, but any option works! I hope you enjoy building this small children’s desk!
