Floating Night Stand Building Plans

Do you need a nightstand but lack the floor space? Then this is a perfect project for you! Most of the time a night stand is only for small bedside items so you don’t need something huge. I personally have a bed with storage drawers and having a nightstand on the floor just wasn’t going to work for me. So I designed this floating night stand and I absolutely LOVE it!! It has been perfect!
This project was created as part of a one board challenge I participated in so I made it using a 1x8x8 board per night stand. It really is not a complicated project but gives you the opportunity to use several different tools to expand your skills, like a table saw or circular saw and a jigsaw. Technically you can omit the double x sides, but that is what makes this project so fun, so I say give it a try! I hope you enjoy making this as much as I did!
